Q: Are all items made to order?
A: Yes! Every piece is Mae'd to order just for you, which means your item is created after your purchase to ensure it's truly personalized to you.
Q: Can I customize my design?
A: Yes! Most products we offer are all customized to you. You can choose your wording, sweatshirt color, fabric color, and thread colors depending on the product.
Q: Can I request something not listed on the site?
A: Feel free to reach out! I love bringing new ideas to life and can accommodate special requests.
Processing & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to make my order?
A: Processing time is typically 2-3 weeks since each item is handmade, but turnaround can be much sooner. During busy seasons, this may be slightly longer.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S orders arrive within 3-7 business days after they are shipped. At checkout there are multiple shipping options.
Q: How will I know when my order ships?
A: You'll recieve a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Q: I need an order soon than 2-3 weeks. Can you accommodate me?
A: Yes! Please reach out about any special circumstances or deadlines you may have. We try our best to help every customer receive their items when they need them by. Keep in mind orders that are expedited may come with additional charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because items are custom made, returns are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will make it right.
Care Instructions
Q: How do I wash my sweatshirt?
A: To keep your piece looking its best:
- Wash cold, inside out
- Air dry or tumble dry low
- Do NOT bleach
Gifts & Special Occasions
Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
A: Yes! Orders can be shipped directly to the recipient. Gift notes may be available upon request.
